National Harbor Dragon Boat Regatta - National Harbor - Saturday, August 25, 2012...

The Inaugural National Harbor Dragon Boat Regatta will take place Aug 25 at the National Harbor. Filipino Young Professionals (FYP) of DC is entering a team for the event. Members from both Lapu Lapu and Rizal will be competing in the “Open” division.

Details for the event are still being finalized. I’ll continue to post more information as it comes out.

Come out to cheer and support some of your fellow members as they once again try to go for gold in Dragon Boat!!

Would you like to join the Filipino Young Professionals(FYP)-DC Dragon Boat team on May 19th and 20th at the 2012 DC Dragon Boat Festival at Thompson Boat center in Georgetown? 2011 DC Dragons Season video.

What a GREAT Dragon Boat season we had this year. Coming home from every race with medals and stories to tell. I had bought a GoPro camera just in the middle of our dragon boat season and decided to document our training and races.

Paddling forward together into 2012 season!
